I stopped 3-4 hacks, and made two myself, hopping out of my tank and just HMG'ing people down, lol. I had a heavy hack suit on - it can hack a point in 3 seconds and still take on any suit but another heavy, which you guys had few of.
At our home point I know I upset your guys, they kept trying to hack the point, but my tank was sitting right there, and I'd hop out and HMG the fool who'd try to hack, lol.
I did it 4-5 times that match to both home points, and only once did I lose my tank for it. Lost 2 tanks in total that match, maybe a third because I was laughing so hard that my rail was slaughtering the heavies at our home point, they kept using the trucks perma parked there for cover - that's not wise with a rail around, lol.
And Tards - I hunted him down just to rail him in the face point blank, lol.
The trick works best in A because you can use the tank to cut off all your movement, you're just dead meat to my HMG, and I can run to the tank if anything goes wrong.
Tanks are game changing when used this way - tanking just to tank is nothing but an AV role - and the blaster can't reach enough places.

Now that we know that you're coming, let's see how you do against a tanker (and/or dedicated AV on the outside) before we call it game changing...as I think we just need to be prepared (and have the counter ready or in place) should you try it again.
I don't think that gunlogi (or you when you hop out) will last long, but we shall see....
...and again, kudos for the idea/execution last night. It worked very well.
Wouldn't suggest it unless we have ADS's giving you trouble. Just do what the other corps do now - keep a rail in the red line, lol.
Though I've found my counter for that already. But damn, a lot of matches are just AV spam to fight ADS's, makes me go LAV instead to out-run missiles and forges lol
